Desventajas: Arriving around midnight and being hooked with the reservation they drop you off quickly at their location close to the airport.
Desventajas: I arrived later than the time that I had booked the car for and they had given it away and had no alternatives. I had to go elsewhere and pay a lot more. My fault maybe, but they should be clearer about the policy.
Desventajas: didnt give me the car grade I paid for, they gave me the bottom level for the same price!

We were able to rent the car we had chosen through economy, although they did try to give us a different car in the beginning. However I was very disappointed with the fact that I thought I had rented from one company at the airport, and it turned trasnochado to be a different company offsite.
" The "damage" was a speck on the fender the size of a grain of sand. They attempted to point to another mark on the car that i rubbed off easily with my finger. It was bird feces. They charged me 40 dollars. I also spent much more on the rental than I was initially quoted.
Lastimosamente como foristas no podemos hacer mucho, pero creo que debemos seguir premiando la honestidad y nobleza de empresas como Avant que al parecer no anda atrapando cliente con tarifas engañosas, seguro que la competencia se adivinará cuenta de ello y empezaran a aplicar estas buenas prácticas que lo único que buscan es ofrecerle al turista un ambiente agradable
Desventajas: The guys giving u the car and checking it, taking pictures, was asking for tip, saying they're not being paid by Hertz, they only work for tip.. how true is this???
It will be the last. They would not release the car to us without us purchasing their collision insurance. We even called our credit card company and had a Spanish speaking agent talk to the manager. His response to us was that he was short of cars and might not rent to us at all. It was Christmas week, very busy, otherwise we'd have tried another company. Our final cost was over $500 for 6 days in a subcompact car.

The slimeball at the counter told me they no longer had my reservation... that they would make a new one and the new price would be U$60 per day with No Insurance Coverage or U$75 per day with full coverage. Decided to go to Hertz.... same day no reservation and full coverage, same car class U$45 per day. Clearly a scam at ACE

We did not really need a car for our vacation, but I thought that for $200 I would get more info not have to get a cab and we could do some site seeing. Next time I will just catch a cab.
